The curriculum is provided as three semesters of full-time enrollment and includes coursework to prepare students to take the Certified Substance Abuse Counselor exam. Courses do not serve as prerequisites for others, so students may enter the program during any semester. Part-time students would extend time to completion. Students currently employed may have transfer coursework that can apply towards the certificate.
